Terms & Conditions

These are our current terms valid at and from December 2006:

Payment in full, including for carriage, will be taken when
the order is placed .

All stock is sold subject to availability. In the case of
trees and plants we cannot be held responsible for failure
due to neglect ( or for other reasons beyond our control.)

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of our
receipt of your order.

Goods other than trees & plants will normally be despatched,
once payment is confirmed, within 3-5 working days. Please
contact us if alternative delivery options are required.

Any returns for unwanted goods must be made within 7 days of
receipt, via recorded delivery and care taken to ensure they arrive
in good condition.

For damaged or imperfect goods please contact us and we will
arrange collection or refund carriage costs. We cannot accept
liability for returned goods 'in transit'.

Orders for fruit trees: these will be despatched only during
The dormant season, between January and mid-March.
We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates, but will
endeavour to satisfy specific customers' requests wherever possible.

All plants and trees are supplied from the best quality
certified stock. However should a tree or plant 'fail', we
reserve the right to ask that it be returned to us for examination
within 4months of despatch. Following this, if appropriate, a
replacement plant will be offered. Any postage costs
incurred for return or replacement will be at the customers'
expense.

Any trees ordered remaining at Brogdale whether for
despatch or collection after the end of March 2007 will
automatically be moved back into stock. Any requests for
'storage' and 'maintenance' after this date will incur an
appropriate surcharge.
