Strawberry Fair: Sunday 15th June 2014

Strawberryfair

The strawberry fair is the perfect day to enjoy the first fruits of the year at Brogdale! Bring a picnic, play giant garden games and enjoy a freshly baked scone and a cup of tea from the strawberry tea café. If you love baking then you can take home recipes from the insightful demonstrations with talented chefs who will be baking wonderful summer foods throughout the whole day. Get creative with strawberry themed crafts and take a ride on the miniature railway around the beautiful orchards! Tractor trailer and walking tours will be running all day and the ‘grow’ team will be on hand to give advice on how to care for your strawberry plants at home!

Cherry Festival: Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July 2014

CherryFest

The 2014 Cherry Festival will be celebrating everything cherry! There will be around 80 varieties of cherry on display as well as the chance to try before you buy in the festival fruit shop. The SPITACULAR will also return for you to test your lungs at the longest cherry pip spit! Tractor trailer and walking tours of the orchards will be running all weekend and miniature train rides offer a great extra for your day. Browse the craft and produce village for some unique gifts and enjoy live music as you tantalise your taste buds with lunch from one of our local food producers.

Cider Festival: Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st AUgust 2013

CiderFest

The Cider Barn is opening its doors, bringing you yet another great selection of local and artisan ciders! Enjoy live music, local food and entertainment over the whole weekend. The wild food tent will be in the festival field, teaching you how to forage for food on your doorstep and live off the land. Tractor trailer and walking tours of the orchards will be running all weekend and the craft and produce village returns to offer your some unique gift ideas. Take a miniature train ride to see the farm from a whole new view and children can get crafty and have their face painting in the little festival goer’s tent.

Apple Festival: Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th October 2014

AppleFest

The Biggest and Best Apple Festival is back for 2014. There will be a display of around 400 apple varieties and ‘try before you buy’ in the fruit pack house. Tractor trailer and walking tours of the orchards will be running and the craft and produce village returns to offer your some unique gift ideas. Enjoy live music, local food and entertainment over the whole weekend. Take a miniature train ride to see the farm from a whole new view and children can get crafty and have their face painted in the little festival goer’s tent.
